Experienced Litigation Attorney Joins Selzer GurvitchSelzer Gurvitch welcomes Elizabeth J. McInturff as a new Partner to the firm in its Litigation practice. During her career, Ms. McInturff has represented both individuals and businesses in a variety of complex civil and commercial disputes. Whether in court or in arbitration/mediation, she has helped businesses work through contract disputes, employment litigation, construction litigation, and actions arising under consumer protection acts and state wage laws. Ms. McInturff has assisted individuals on a variety of matters, including quiet title and adverse possession claims as well as fiduciaries and beneficiaries in estate and trust litigation and in guardianship matters. “As a senior lawyer with a proven track record, Elizabeth brings with her the experience and knowledge to be a skillful advocate. Ms. McInturff is dedicated to supporting her profession and community in a variety of ways, including serving on the Board of the Add Impact Network, Inc./Bike to the Beach, a local 501(c)3 non-profit; holding several committee roles and volunteer leadership positions at the Montgomery County Bar Association; mentoring student athletes at the University of Delaware; and coaching students preparing for moot court competitions at the American University, Washington College of Law. Ms. McInturff received her law degree from American University, Washington College of Law, and her undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware.
