Robin Gaskins is an attorney in the firm’s Estate Planning/Trust & Estate Administration group, where she focuses on estate planning, trust and estate administration, and tax planning. She advises personal representatives and trustees on the proper administration of estates and trusts and works closely with individuals and families to design tailored estate plans that support their long-term goals. Her work includes preparing wills, powers of attorney, advance medical directives, and a variety of trusts.

Robin’s experience also includes providing counsel on a wide range of tax matters and representing clients before the Internal Revenue Service. She has successfully guided clients with negotiating offers in compromise and installment agreements.

Robin brings a broad base of legal knowledge to her practice, shaped by her earlier career as a paralegal supporting attorneys in commercial civil litigation, personal injury, and condemnation matters. This diverse background informs her practical approach and attention to detail in trusts and estates work.

A native of Montgomery County, Maryland, Robin is a proud veteran of the United States Army. She resides in her hometown and enjoys spending time with her family and hiking with her dogs in her free time.
